EVERY PRICE IS DISPLAYED IN US DOLLARS! From the moment you, THE CLIENT, will place the ORDER (meaning the ITEM was payed using the PAYPAL PAYMENT SYSTEM ONLY!) it will take up to 7 WORKING DAYS untill you will be in possesion of the ordered item. Every package is sent BY AIR.
We are using the fastest and the most reliable carriers to make sure that EVERY CUSTOMER will get the desired item in the shortest possible time. The shipping and the handling fees are NON REFUNDABLE.Any additional fee - like custom fee (if there's any) - is the customer's responsability!
RETURNING/EXCHANGING POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE:ONCE THE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED THE CLIENT MUST CHECK - IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERER! - THE INTEGRITY OF THE MERCHANDISE!
DUE THE FRAGILITY OF THE ITEMS, UNDESIRABLE ACCIDENTS MAY OCCUR DURING THE SHIPPING TERM. IF THERE IS A BROKEN PART OF THE ITEM THAT MUST BE SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY TO US IN ORDER TO BE REPLACED! We have to be notified about the damage(s) within 24 HOURS after the package was received by the client. After that the our returning/exchanging policy EXPIRES! ANY DELAY WILL CANCEL THE REPLACEMENT POLICY!
Returned item must be packed back in the ORIGINAL PACKING! It is the customer duty to pay the shipping for the returned merchandise (or parts) and every item must be INSURED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT! THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INTEGRITY OF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND FOR THE ENTIRE SHIPPING COSTS (INCLUDING THE INSURANCE)!
We will do our best to replace/exchange the broken parts/items with the shortest possible delay!
